I have been here twice. First time with a buddy from the neighborhood. The second time was with my wife and two children, after purchasing the Groupon. I raved to my wife about the quality of comfort food.
My second experience was trash. We were not greeted yet stared down at the door. I decided to approach the window to order since we were not offered service. As soon as I said Groupon She said "what'd you want?". By the time we ate and left let's just say, everyone was upset I dragged them there.
I know people race about the comfort food....so I won't deny it. I just won't spend another dime unless RESPECT is reciprocated! -

I ordered the Jimmy Burger to go with fries. The burger was tasty and a nice bun and well cooked patty. The fries were large chunks of shaved potatoes, and were very soft rather than crunchy how I like them. It also comes with a free drink.
Service was friendly.
Overall a decent place for a cheap bite, especially with their breakfast all day. Their website is out of date and they no longer offer the lunch special. -

Good little spot for some comfort food. I decided to walk in last minute and put in a to-go order, but I was in and out pretty quickly.
I tried the dinner with one pork chop and two wings since I could not decide between the two. Then I had mac and cheese and fried potatoes for the side. Though I thought the pork chop would be my favorite, I ended up preferring the wings. The sides were both good, but my favorite part was the Kool-Aid. I was reminded why I used to love it as a child. -

While I was flexing for a week, I went and had my catfish fix here at TGH.
I will rate TGH #2 in my book for good fish but more for the price and taste. The price would be my only complaint that the price is different in 3 different places. Menu online, in the store and through grub hub are all different so I thought it was going to be cheaper that $13 but for the price to be for a meal with a drink, I wont complain.
I got 2 big fillets and 2 sides, mac n cheese and sweet tatters and everything was delish. The sides weren't the best sides i've had in indy. I could have gone to their neighbor for some doper sides but they were not bad at all.
The seasoning on the fish was good but not SK good but it was still seasoned well.
Oh I just thought of one last complaint was I got a free drink and I asked for sprite and I was told that was not free on the generic was free and they were both cans! For some soda pop, they can be a little less frugal about it. They will still get 5 stars from me.
